"The concept of a community practice is very important to me, as I believe anyone should have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of holistic medicine. As part of this belief, I went on a 2 months volunteering trip to Uganda, and practiced Chinese medicine at the Ciboga district hospital – a hospital serving about 500 thousand people, it was one of the most teaching, humbling experiences of my life".

·         Efrat Mor: Therapist and cosmetician.
Efrat Has 25 years of experience in aromatherapy –
a holistic massage combining essential oils, in reflexology – balancing through the feet, in facial treatments and advanced cosmetics, using natural products.
"I believe in combining treatments for body and mind, and in giving out of joy and love. Come and enjoy a moment of peace, calmness and regeneration.

"When I work with someone, I use my knowledge and experience to determine what kind of treatment to give. But beyond all technique, I enfold the client with love and caring. Many people report that their aches and pains are improved or have vanished completely and that they feel reinvigorated and feel a new zest for life."

·         Miriam Friedman: Studied for 5 years at the western galilee college a few different styles of yoga (vinyasa, shadow, vijanana, shivananda ). She came to yoga after she experienced a severe accident and found it to be healing for body, mind and soul. Miriam has been teaching women for 11 years and specializes also in prenatal yoga.

·         Nave Cohen: Yoga for men. "The way of Yoga is wonderful because it combines deep internal process together with maintenance of health of body and mind. Yoga gives the practitioner joy and vitality. It actually saved me. I teach Shivananda yoga for men. It's a very moderate method that fits everybody, you just have to overcome the fear of the unknown…"

·         Rivka Or Hanuka: Kundalini Yoga.
"I am a student of life and love, in many ways, including the way of yoga and observation. These are the paths I use to guide people into themselves and what they wish to study and experience. I am 27 and since I was aware, I knew the world was more then its physical form. Years of pain, fear and frustration of the material superficial life (as I used to see it), brought me to self-investigation, observation, breakthrough to the experience of light, freedom and joy of the depth of life on earth. Life has shown me, and still do, step after step, how I should act out of love and compassion  for myself and all other human beings. There are still pain and fear inside me, seeking healing, and today I have the means of accepting them, forgive and let go. Unity of hearts is the essence and goal of Yoga to me, that includes balancing of male and female energies inside us, balancing of the head and the heart, increasing awareness and alertness, changing patterns that won't let the self be what it is, deep relaxation into the internal and universal existence. As a result the practitioners learns to let go of stress and guilt, they master self-acceptance  and forgiveness, emotional balance, stronger immune system, vitality, joy and harmonious function of body, mind and soul.
I invite you to experience yourselves with me. I invite your body to awaken to the experience of kundalini yoga, to opening the physical and energetic centers of the body, and learning new things. The classes include Asanas (positions), Pranima (breathing), meditation and mantra reciting.
Sat Nam.
